The leak version of 10.2.1 seems to offer a lot of goodies such as the new incoming call screen, new emoticons in BBM and it looks like you can now customize quick settings screen that allows you to choose what you see in your settings dropdown. This includes notifications, brightness, NFC, mobile hotspot, location services and even a flashlight.
