From 3pm on the 28th of October 2013, Vodafone will start rolling out the 10.2 software update for the Z10.

What’s included in the update?
1. Priority Hub
2. BlackBerry Messenger Video with Natural Sound
3. Instant previews of BlackBerry Messenger, SMS and email from any app
4. BlackBerry keyboard
5. Copy and paste enhancements

Things to do before updating
• If you’re downloading the update over-the-air (OTA), make sure your phone is connected to a power source or is charged as the update process can drain your battery
• Make sure you’ve backed up any important data such as photos, contacts and messages

• The update is rolling out progressively but should be available to all devices within one day of release
• It’s roughly 770MB in size
• If you download it over-the-air, you’ll need to do this via Wi-Fi. Because of the size it can’t be downloaded over the mobile network
